About Kerrie

Kerrie has lived in the Triangle for 15 years, and brings over ten years of real estate experience to Fonville Morisey.  Most recently she worked at the Sunset Oaks and Sunset Ridge neighborhoods in Holly Springs, where she helped families design and build custom homes.  Prior to that, she leased commercial property in Chapel Hill at Southern Village.

Kerrie offers home buyers and sellers a wealth of knowledge about local real estate trends and practices.  Kerrie’s expertise is in southern Wake County, including Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Morrisville.
